I NEVER THOUGHT.....

I woke up today and it was 96 degrees. I never thought I would say "wow its such a nice cool day"!! For the past 4 days or so we have had triple digit heat and it has sucked!! I worked last night and we had a guy come in with a 108.2 temp. The day before that a guy came in with a 109.0 temp. Needless to say they ended up in the ICU. Poor people, it was freakin hot!!! I think there were like 25 deaths in LA due to heat exhaustion. I hope the wave is gone. Oh and can you believe that we did not get that many patients from Nascar! I guess I'll give the fans a little more credit next time :)
